Smiffy's Australia Customer Reviews: 99% Thumbs Up & 9 Out Of 10 Customers Would Recommend To A Friend Or Family Member
1888 PressRelease - Based on 3rd party independent feedback provided by eKomi, Smiffy's Australia continue to excel in their customer service, delivery & product ratings & reviews with less than 1% giving negative feedback, which is unprecedented in the fancy dress industry.
Smiffy's Australia implemented an independent third party ratings and review system for their customer feedback in 2012 to help them measure and ensure customer service excellence.
To date, Smiffy's Australia have been consistently rated around 99% thumbs up from their customers, however, as Smiffy's Australia's very own Digital Marketing Manager states, "The positive feedback is a great ego stroker and it let's us pat ourselves on our backs for a job well down, but that's not what I'm interested in. I'm far more concerned about the 1% that provide us with some very valuable negative feedback - after all, this is the feedback that helps us to strive for excellence".
"Some of the most recent negative feedback has been based around users that come to our website to make a purchase while browsing with a smart phone. Like our competitors, we never really catered for these specific users, but we see how trends are going, we cannot afford to neglect this customer base, so very recently we've implemented a mobile friendly website that allows smart phone users to browse and purchase from our website with a much better user experience, which has already helped us increase are conversion rate"
Smiffy's Australia was founded in late 2009 and is now one of Australia's largest online retailers of fancy dress costumes & accessories and is also the daughter company of Smiffy's UK (R.H. Smith & Sons), which was founded more than 118 years ago.
