An Arm Workout with Asad Malik
Oh yeah. Sit back and learn.

What happened?
I went to World Gym one afternoon and decided to train arms.
I only had one meal down so energy levels were low, but I got through it nonetheless
I decided to superset all of my exercises to get maximum blood volume into the muscles that I was working.
I will show you exercise by exercise what I did
Try it if you want, or you can sit at home and play video games.

1st Exercise
Standing Barbell Curls
Incline Dumbbell Curls

2nd Exercise
Single-arm Triceps Extensions
Triceps Pushdowns

3rd Exercise
Dumbbell Hammer Curls
Single Arm Overhead Triceps Ext.

Final Exercise
Preacher Curl Machine
Dip Machine

And Later That Evening….
