too much, and people get overwhelmed and confused.

A breakdown in communication can cause severe or detrimental issues in how a company grows and expands.
Having clear and concise communication with employees is a must!
More so when it comes to establishing a stable, long lasting, managerial to employee relationship.

Establish an application shell foundation using basic managerial to crew communications, and crew to crew communications.
Insure the same smart phone is in place on all units. (example: Rugby Smart) Using the same phone keeps the concept simple to use. (Learn one phone the rest are the same)
Expand the communication process in phases. (much like MED’s release)
Important not to forget the real reason behind the APP, EFFECTIVE communication.

Can be used with Droid, iPhone, and Smart Pads

Up front cost of new phones ($49 to $99) depending on phone. (Recommend Samsung Rugby Smart by AT&T).
Initial application development.
Training, insuring consistent use of APP by ALL personnel.

BENEFITS TO PATIENT
Application has the ability to acquire basic pt information while on scene using Pt QR Code.
Pt’s who obtain the MED TRAK APP program have no need to learn or purchase new equipment.
Peace of mind for the pt and families with little to No HIPPA related liability on AMR.
Easy to introduce to new pt’s.
Can be revenue generating for company.

QR CODE PATIENT INFORMATION
Using the integrated QR reader on the unit phone, allows for quick and accurate patient information, giving us the ability to treat the patient more accurately and in a timely manner.
