Change and TransformationThe only thing constant is change. We need to put our seat belts on! What doesn’t kill us will make us stronger! We navigate with the muscle of our heart and soul from Square One of “Not knowing, uncertainty, vulnerability, grief and confusion” through the process of of Dissolving……..to Dreaming……and Daring (again and again) toward our new life, relationship, career, community for transformation!

Coffee Shop Wisdom A small note on a tip jar says “If you fear change, leave it here.”

Dream………What does it mean to dream? The only place to look is within our heart. To finally say “No More…Now What?”There is no dream too big or too small.Clarify dreams, be specific and intentional.

The Path of the DreamerHave a spiritual practice so you can hear the deeper wisdom and make time and space. Know what is unique about youBe of service with your giftsTo stand in alignment with your purpose, the quality of our lives and dreams will change.

Dreamers….Live seven to ten years longer than those just going through the motions..“Apoptosis” can occur when your brain believes you have outgrown your usefulness which happens when people face despair, uncertainty, life after school, get laid off, get sick, empty nest, age, retire, or are just “aimless” without hope at any age. We can mentally and physically self destruct. To live with passion connected to our dreams, literally gives us a reason to live.

Believe….Choose empowering beliefs that will help move us forwardOur belief needs to be stronger than reality, doubt or fear.We can develop a positive explanatory style.Belief gives hope. Recognition, appreciation and gratitude sustain momentum and optimism.

Achieve….Passionate living is when we align our heart and head through action…one step at a time!“To keep a lamp burning, we have to keep putting oil in it.” Mother Teresa

Achieving Your Dream with Authenticity:The Role of Social Media and Marketing to Generate Service and Success

Achieving Your Dream w. The process by which individuals and entrepreneurs differentiate themselves and stand out from a crowd by identifying and articulating their unique value proposition, whether professional or personal, and then leveraging it across platforms with a consistent message and image to achieve a specific goal. In this way, individuals can enhance their recognition as experts in their field, establish reputation and credibility advance their careers, and build self-confidence.Personal Branding

What are the words you would use to describe me?If you didn’t already know what I do for a living, what would you guess?I’m trying to go from X to Y; what steps would you suggest for me? Who are some people who have some of the qualities I should be trying to build? What are my blind spots?360° InputFrom: Reinventing You: Define your Band. Imagine Your Future by Dorie Clark

The Strategy Process

Who, What, How?What does your business landscape look like?Who are your competitors? What are their markets? How are they producing revenue?

Strategy? I like theories.

Business plan/vision boardOverwhelmed by where to start, books to read, conflicting adviceMarket research, no one who does what i doWorking with kids and saw needI KNEW I had tools to help kids navigate and that I could help themI didn’t want to be restricted. I wanted a service model- I wanted to serve in a way that was authentic.

Vision board, journal Documents I made Writing I didLooking back at MY unconscious paradigm and making it consciousDesigned lifestyleStrategy: Creation of the service

Authenticity b2bI didn’t know what I was doing. I called 150 therapists in Boulder and asked them to get coffee.Apparently this is called marketing or self-promotion. For me it was fun, exciting and interesting.
